Delta Alpha Delta Sigma (DADS)

The Fatherhood Initiative Program is modeled after the college fraternity concept. Historically, fraternities foster a brother hood and in the same vein, these men that go through this program are grounded in discipline, respect and recognition of the role and value of the family.
The member receives empowerment through resources within our programs. These resources include:
Career and educational advancement
Grooming and wardrobe services
Character reconstruction
Intensive case management
Individualized job development
Career assistance
Parenting skills
Child support education
Mentoring
Legal services

Job Education Mnagement Services (JEMS)

The concept of JEMS (Job Education Management Specialists is “who better to serve you than those who know you”; JEMS helps to transform men into hard working responsible fathers, by providing outreach services to place and locate men. The JEMS specialist provides support, a resourceful environment, specific training and educational goals. The JEMS’ primary responsibility is to provide career opportunities for NCCF members.

Legal Services

This core service unit is designed specifically to address and eliminate the legal barriers which have been identified and frequently prevent program participants from obtaining self-sufficiency, reuniting with their children and/or families, hampers placement strategies and program retention tactics.

3M Mentoring Project

The Men Mentoring Men (3M) project recruits interested and willing adult males to serve as mentors to members of the DADS program. NCCF provides mentors with short-term training and works with members in a structured program of activities that help members with a “live” support system to enhance the member’s fatherhood and employment skills. In addition, these support groups provide relationship counseling to members and sometimes their families.
NCCF introduces all members to the 3M project after employment. The program centers on building character and developing human beings to fullest capacity. In the continual process of constant change, members are guided toward self-sufficiency, independence, responsibility, accountability and creativity.

Work 'n' Style for Men

Developed to assist disenfranchised individuals who are returning to or entering the workforce for the first time. The resources for men transitioning back into the workforce are usually rare and few. Ex-offenders, homeless men, men who have been laid off and non-custodial parents not only face social barriers, but also issues of low self-esteem that impede any attempts toward improvements. However, our most distinguished program dresses over 2000 men a year that have been referred from over 200 non-profit agencies in the Tri-State area.
